Group Class Schedule

Group Classes are currently held at University of Richmond (UR),  and Easterling-Zacharius Health Institute (EZHI).

YOGA and PILATES classes for ATHLETIC TEAMS and for CORPORATE GROUPS are SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED and AVAILABLE BY REQUEST.

Several types of PRIVATE classes: YOGA, PILATES and PRENATAL, are available as one-on-one or as a small group class. For private classes e-mail to galina@yogawithgalina.com.

        11.00 AM—12.00 noon - Pilates and ABS (UR)

        6.30 PM—7.30 PM—Pilates on the Ball (EZHI)

· Thursday

        10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Pilates on the Ball (EZHI)

        12:00 PM - 1:00 PM — Yoga-Lates (UR)

· Friday

        8:00 AM –9:00 AM — Power Yoga (EZHI)

        11.00 AM—12.00 AM — Pilates on the Ball (UR)
