Group Class Description
Hatha Yoga
A blend of classis yoga poses with focus on correct form, proper breathing, and muscle relaxation. All levels welcomed.
Power Yoga
Synchronizing breath with movement makes this flow of yoga postures invigorating, strengthening and detoxifying. It is a meditation in motion! Some yoga experience is recommended.
Restorative Yoga
Students use blankets and other props to support themselves in postures for several minutes. Restorative Yoga calms the nervous system. Total Bliss!
Pilates Mat Workout
Classic Pilates Mat technique. Great way to lose those pounds and strengthen the core!
Pilates on the Ball
Traditional Pilates techniques incorporating the stability ball. Promotes overall core strength, balance and coordination. All levels welcome.
Yogalates
Yoga-Lates will make you look taller, look slimmer and be more relaxed. This class is energizing and strengthening! Some yoga experience is recommended.
